Terms and Conditions

  1. The Sala Rewards Card/APP is not a store or credit card, it is our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit one of our Marbella venues.
  2. All Sala Rewards Cards/APPs belong to Sala Group Holdings Ltd (“SGH”).
  3. A holder of a Sala Rewards Card/APP is here and after referred to as a ‘Member’.
  4. The Sala Rewards scheme is operated by SGH whereby card and APP holders accumulate points when they visit La Sala Puerto Banus, Oak Garden & Grill and La Sala by the Sea.
  5. Sala Rewards Cards/APPs must be presented when requesting your bill and when redeeming points.
  6. Sala Rewards Points cannot be earnt or redeemed on added Service Charge.
  7. Sala Rewards Card/APP will receive one point for every €1 spent at La Sala Puerto Banus, Oak Garden & Grill and La Sala by the Sea, to be redeemed at your leisure at all mentioned venues. For example, €100 will earn you 100 points which equates to the value of €10. Points earned here and after referred to as “Sala Rewards Points”. Points can only be accrued and redeemed on food and beverage items, not beds, Shisha or massage.
  8. To keep track of your points balance please contact a member of the SGH team or check online at by entering your membership number into the online points tracker.
  9. Your Sala Rewards Card/APP is personal to you and points may not be transferred to or from one card to another unless that card has been lost or stolen.
  10.  You will not receive additional points in respect of any bill paid with Sala Rewards Points.
  11. Only points credited to a Sala Rewards Card/APP may be redeemed and points may take 24 hours to be credited after visiting a venue.
  12. Sala Rewards Points are only valid upon confirmation that the Sala Rewards Card/APP has been activated. Any Sala Rewards Points earned in excess of 28 days before the Card/APP is activated will be forfeited.
  13.  We are not able to retrospectively add points to your card from visits prior to the date of registration.
  14. SGH reserve the right to refuse or revoke any guests’ membership of the Sala Rewards Scheme. In certain instances where the Member is suspected of abusing the Sala Rewards Scheme that Member’s Sala Rewards Points balance will be forfeited and any unused points will be cancelled.
  15. Members will be responsible for any loss or theft of a Sala Rewards Card and should notify to Sala Group Holdings Ltd, by email as soon as they become aware of a lost or stolen card.
  16. SGH shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of any Sala Rewards Cards/APPs.
  17.  Members shall notify SGH of any change of address or other personal details. SGH will not be responsible for any loss of Sala Rewards Cards or Sala Rewards Points resulting from any failure of a Member to notify SGH of such change.

  19. Sala Rewards membership is only available to persons aged 18 and over.
  20. It is strictly prohibited for a member to join Sala Rewards Scheme more than once to benefit for any privilege. Failure to adhere to these conditions could result in your membership being retracted.
  21. It is against our terms and conditions for a member to redeem points from a card or APP other than one that is registered in their name. Failure to adhere to this condition could result in termination.
  22. All Sala Rewards Points collected by Members are only valid for 12 months, failure to use the points within the 12 months period will result in the removal of the points from the Members card or APP. Due to our temporary closure, clients were given a three month extension to use their points, this extension has now expired.
  23. If you collected your points upon receiving your bill and they are not showing up on your card/app, you need to contact us within 48 hours in order to claim your points.

Data Protection

  1. At SGH, we use your personal information to develop and enhance the services we provide to you. We take your privacy seriously and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We at SGH would like to retain any information provided to us about you, including details of purchases made and the use of any information to offer you products and services that are likely to be of interest to you. If you have given e-mail and mobile telephone details to us, we would like to contact you by e-mail or SMS (text messaging) to provide you with information which may be of interest to you. If you would like to take advantage of these opportunities please select the relevant box on the application form.
  2. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller in relation to the information you supply is Sala Group Holdings Ltd, company no. B92955616 of Avenida Barcelona, Los Jazmines Bloque 5 Bajo C, Nueva Alcantara, 29670 San Pedro Alcantara. You have the right to ask for a copy of your information (for which we may charge a small fee) and to correct any inaccuracies.
  3. You may opt-out of any direct marketing at any time, even if you have previously indicated your consent at some other time, by contacting us at the above address or by unsubscribing from any of our communication.
